When my son was a child he used to ask why homeless people were homeless. I still don’t have a good answer for that. The innocence of children is so easily turned into disgust by the things adults teach them. When we all realize how very responsible for each other we are perhaps this world will be the place it’s meant to be. But then, it’s hard to fight The Machine.
