It’s all the fault of those foreigners, damn it, Dwayne ! The results of the US presidential elections of 2016 are the fault of those dastardly Russians and the de-industrialisation of the United States the fault of those nefarious Chinese,. Everything else that’s wrong in the Shining City on a Hill is, of course, the fault of those cansados, pobres, masas apiñadas….

Trump turns everything into a show. He is getting the attention he wants with this circus and has it has been successful distraction. While we argue on the left and right, Trump and his grifter gang ransack the country from every direction. The refugees ( they are not immigrants) and the American people are sacrificed for plunder.

Dear Mr. Fish,
I comment on political cartoons only very seldom, but I am compelled to express my admiration for this cartoon. “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses …..” indeed! As a descendant of 19th and early 20th century Russian and Polish immigrants, this cartoon made me flinch. My family came here with little and has produced successful, tax-paying professionals, just as did the Chinese, the Italians, and the Irish, and just as will the brown-skinned refugees who come through Mexico if they are permitted residence here. I congratulate you on your exposure of Trump’s slap in the face of the Statue of Liberty and hope it moves others as it has me.
Brilliant again! ‘Nuff said, genius.
