If you are ilinformed about the the history of how complacent and utterly disbelieving the US was to the horror happening, we finally decided to join the war. By then we had put 150,00 Japanese in holding camps for dragging us into the war by bombing Pearl Harbor. Most were citizens. . (A partnership with the Americans to finally drag our complacent selves into War War Ii.) We entered the war in the last year, after being bombed by the Japanese, but by then, 5 million Jews, mostly Polish, Gays, Black people, and nearly 200,000 innocent children perished. My mom, a Holocaust survivor, until 2 weeks ago, survived until 90. She was the strongest women I ever knew. I miss you, my best friend. But I am also glad you are finally at peace. Rest!
