Bush appointed him for stopping the Florida recount which enabled his presidency) has decided to completely ignore Article II of the Constitution of the United States of America… and back Trump’s bid to de-fund a lawful department of the U.S. Government referred to a USAID- which will kill tens of thousands innocent people dependent on medicine, food, medical care, and clean water.
