  1. And in one life-changing instant Timmy understood he’d mis-worded his prayer “for the terrifying powers of a cat.”

  2. Contemplating the greatness of God, waiting for his supreme power to put an end to man’s inhumanity to man, the urge to stop pussy footing around and kill something grows greater in an increasingly restive population.

  3. Just WHAT did you have for breakfast, Fish?!
    😉

    Whimsical wackiness at its finest!

    1. Sometimes I think we have parts, thoughts, feelings, being the way we are, that we want to just cut off, because that part is inconvenient, doesn’t fit in and is painful to us. We don’t know how to make friends with loud kitten foot, who, maybe, is a soft, gentle spot inside that is dying. Kitten foot is crying and kitten foot needs Love.

      1. That response was spectacular. Well done, Anon.

    2. Ha! I draw that drawing for no particular reason and then stared at it for 2 days. There are actually a trillion serviceable gag lines to accompany that image…!

      1. And the more Billy prayed to the God he was taught, the louder Kitten Foot screamed. He thought of the axe. Kitten Foot screamed again. Billy thought about the times he was made to stomp on Kitten Foot, a part of himself, part of his very being and how he himself caused this anguish. Kitten Foot yowled. Billy felt the pain and isolation. I am of the Creator, Billy thought, so Kitten Foot is of the Creator too. Still, the axe. With increased intensity Kitten Foot hissed and spat. In vain Billy tried to reconcile the world as he was taught and then the axe, he shall divide. He shall cut Kitten Foot off. Yes, he shall divide and conquer. Kitten Foot shook in fear and frothed at the mouth. At that moment Billy was moved with compassion for the innocent, weak and helpless Kitten Foot. Kitten Foot he thought, was after all a part of himself. The most tenderest. Billy asked himself, if I divide myself from myself, who then has conquered? He thought of the construct that was the God he was taught to pray to. Hadn’t he heard of something called the Matrix? Wasn’t there a movie? Billie’s eye caught a glisten that was the Creator in the froth at Kitten Foot’s mouth. “Shhhhh,” Billy said to Kitten Foot. “Hush now, I will take care of you”. And he picked up and held Kitten Foot to his heart. In an instant Kitten Foot became his heart, the last true piece of himself that the construct God demanded had to be cut off before he forever became an everlasting cog in the wheel of the Matrix. And Billie grew whiskers and had a tail to tell, which he had to hide, because he knew he would be made to cut that off too.
