I was in Montreal this past weekend attending a swell cartooning conference being hosted by the Association of Canadian Cartoonists when Roger Waters reached out to me with an idea for a cartoon. He said he’d dreamed it and figured I could make something out of it when I got back to the States, so I did.
This one is truly disturbing – for all the right reasons.
