Fittingly “Rosemary’s Baby” was on Turner Classics last night, of course Mia Farrow shrieking, “No is no dream, this is really happening!” being the central line and scene of the movie. Further sign that this indeed really happening is that the marionette masters, the puppeteers, don’t even take the weekends nor play to the news cycle, their iterations on the theme alternate realities now come at any time.
Is it just my (fevered) imagination, or is the theme to “The Twilight Zone” really being played in the background?
