It’s time to abandon the concept of the fascist mind as an evil and unfathomable Other and recognize it, not as existing as an absolute binary on or off, but its real existence as matter of degree.
We should no longer disavow any understanding of fascism as sympathy for fascism, but recognize its seeds among us.

The reactionary mind captures every liberational idea that constitutes a threat to its dominion, to denature it and claim it as its own.
The state claims the language of liberation to facilitate its capture of the minds of the masses. You can’t be against the mass murdering norm of a state if it identifies itself with MLK Jr., unless you have managed the art of thinking for yourself.
