Online Q&A with Mr. Fish and Pablo Bryant!

It’s happening on July 11, which is this upcoming Saturday, and it’s being hosted by the Austin Documentary Fans in Austin, Texas, which is one of my favorite places in the hole wild world. Here’s the idea: you rent Pablo Bryant’s award-winning documentary Mr. Fish: Cartooning from the Deep End here (or through iTunes or Amazon), watch it before Saturday, then pop over here on 7/11 at 5pm PST or 8pm EST and talk to me and Pablo about the film, the future of art and politics, the staging of the compliance cancer currently devouring the republic, the hope for a peaceful-ish revolution against the tyrannical white supremacist douchebags and thugs with their collective boots on our collective heads, that sort of thing. I will be drinking wine and feigning expertise on everything until I fall backwards out of my chair. (If you want to bypass the process of joining the conversation though the ADF website, feel free to contact Pablo directly and he will share the ZOOM link and password: mrfishdocu@gmail.com.) Hope to see a shit ton of you on Saturday night! Dig it.
